AIAPonline.com (AIAP) provides its services to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition, when using particular services being offered by AIAP, you and AIAP shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. In consideration of your membership, you agree to: provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Membership Application form. If you provide any information that is untrue inaccurate, not current and incomplete, or AIAP has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete AIAP has the right to suspend or terminate your membership and refuse all current or future use of service.

You will receive a password and account designation upon the completion of the Membership Application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify AIAP of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. AIAP cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.

AIAP Online, Inc., (AIAP), does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the content, comments, opinions or statements hosted by AIAP customers, banner exchange participants, advertisers, vendors or partners. Information, products, and services offered, sold or placed online belong to the respective companies or individuals who place them there and are not representative of AIAP. The user understands that AIAP is not responsible for the content, quality or merchantability of any information, product or service offered herein and the user must assume full responsibility to evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or other content.

AIAP hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose by any vendor, customer, or associate offering information, products, and services through AIAP's web site, or linked to AIAP's web site. The user agrees that AIAP is not responsible, and shall have no liability to such user, with respect to any information, product or service offered by others who are linked to the AIAP web site. AIAP shall not be liable for any damages allegedly sustained arising out of use of the information, products and services. AIAP's only liability in the event of errors shall be the correction or removal of the erroneous information after verification.

You expressly understand and agree that AIAP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if AIAP has been advised of the possiblity of such damages), resulting from the use of this membership, the cost of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods,information, or services purchased, obtained or entered into through this membership. Any other matter relating to this membership.

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in any promotions of, advertisers or vendors found on or through the Membership, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser or vendor. You agree that AIAP shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such advertisers or vendors on the site.

You expressly understand and agree that AIAP shall from time to time send via e-mail information or solicitations regarding affiliates of AIAP. You hereby shall understand these to be considered solicited e-mails. These promotions and information shall only be sent to the address given by you at the time of membership. If you wish to discontinue receiving these e-mails please send an e-mail to unsub@aiaponline.com. You can change you address at anytime by using the account info section of aiaponline.

AIAP reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that AIAP shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any service being offered through the Membership.
